NHS, e-cigarettes is still the same like smoking cigarettes

I believe e-cigarettes is still the same like smoking cigarettes, you will just replace the way to take the nicotine that may not solve the addiction to nicotine!

Please to not waste the taxpayer money on e-cigarettes maybe others options like this book (help me to stop smoking)

Please not expend the taxpayer money on e-cigarettes, try to stop smoking myself, the e-cigarettes did not help me or any smokers that I know was able to quit smoking using e-cigarettes.
