PayPal to keep fees from refunds, it’s not longer good working with PayPal. Please beware that PayPal will keep the fee if a customer wants a refund; specially those are by eBay: You will loose a lot money if your payment method is PayPal.

Is there a way PAYPAL can hold payment until item is received

Is there a way PAYPAL can hold payment until the item is received I would like to know if PAYPAL can act as a third party and hold the funds until I receive e the merchandise. I know there is the PAY AFTER DELIVERY option, but this is only given to PayPal merchants.
